"Not sure how this property is rated 4 stars. The building needs maintenance. The rooftop terrace looks rundown with broken awnings and dirty furniture. There is a single elevator in service in a 13-story building that is shared by staff and guests. The other elevators are broken. Rooms on Libertador Avenue are very noisy. Earplugs are required for sleeping. On the bright side, the staff is very attentive."

"The water was brown and there was no hot water. The key and code to the first room they gave us didn’t work and we had to go down twice to explain that. The a/c also didn’t work well. "

"The apartment is very nice with a well-equipped kitchen, although it is only equipped with a drip coffee maker and no way to make espresso. The area is great with lots of coffee shops within a few blocks (Dunno a few blocks away was my favorite). High shower pressure. Unfortunately, I had consistent intermittent internet outages throughout my stay and Fliphaus did nothing to resolve them and ignored emails while being unhelpful in response to Whatsapps. Given that internet is a promised amenity,...
