「My daughter and I stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel felt like a hidden cottage, tucked away from the busy tourists areas. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving the place a good old bed-and-breakfast feel. The food was amazing, too. I’d love to stay there again when I come back to Bogotá.」

「The entire staff, from reception, dining room, kitchen, and cleaning was welcoming, hospitable, & over the top kind and helpful in so many ways. A special thank you to Herman and the other kitchen staff. Several guests were there for medical procedures, and even the overhead shower could be changed for a sprayer if needed. The steam & sauna are a wonderful extra beyond the jacuzzi & gym. Breakfast & room service food was excellent. You'll miss them all when you leave.」

「The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book...

「I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.」
