"I made the reservation within an hour before arrival. When I got there I asked for 1st flr. because I had a stoke and still recovering. Check in said the room I reserved was on the 2nd and 3rd flrs. She seen I was disabled and gave me a courtesy upgrade to the first floor room. All of the staff were kind and helpful during my 2 days. Would recommend. "

"Clean and quiet (we were in rooms facing away from highway). Bed was firm and pillows provided included soft and firm types. Room AC worked well and was quiet. Breakfast variety was excellent and staff were courteous. Cookies in the lobby mid day were a nice touch. Definitely recommend and would return. Good value."

"Se loved this place. We stayed one night at Great Wolf Lodge and then the second day we stayed until the pool closed then came to this hotel for the night. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern. The next day we went back to do MagiQuest and other activities at Great Wolf Lodge (things that don’t require a pool pass). This saved us quite a bit of money doing it this way and we had a wonderful time. "
