Not gonna go back again. Unwelcome reception, We booked 3 nights here. We landed and went there at 1pm and would like to check in because we have show at Sphere at 2pm. I went to many hotel in Las Vegas checkin between 12-3pm but never got charged for early check in. Only she said is we have to pay $50 for early check in or go wait in line for the lacgage service. So we paid for it because we don’t want to be late for the Wizard of Oz. Another surprise she booked us the worst Eiffel view ever 15th floor the smell very bad and look like they never clean the wall. Especially in the bath room. Previous guest shaped their hair and spread everywhere on the wall. The v

Staff was awesome and helpful

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

The first morning . I woke up the door lock malfunctioned I was locked in on my room had call front desk they sent security his master key would not unlike the door he had to call engineer to break in the room to let me out they had to replace the entire lock

This was a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and the staff were equally as amazing. The breakfast is an absolutely must try!
