「I left an important item at the hotel. Ms. Deborah made sure that I got my item. I tried to give her a ministry gift and she declined. I want to say thank you to her and that the Omni should know what an asset that she is. I am forever greatful.」

「The bellman was incredible he was the highlight of our trip! He helped get our bags out the car and helped recommend amazing food and was just overall kind and helpful! The front desk staff was nice! The only downside was that we had no room service during our stay but other than that I would still book again and if we had the same staff outside that helped bring our bags in and give us more amazing recommendations I’ll be super happy. 」

「We pulled in off the highway after driving 12 hrs. Got a room within 15 minutes. Everyone was very clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. My only issue is the door to our room was very hard to push open. I let the front desk know.」
