"Los cuartos eran muy viejos, el colchón era más grande que la base por lo que una parte quedaba volando y te caías. El balcón muy sucio parecía que tenian mucho tiempo sin barrerlo. Las toallas y las sábanas manchadas y olían a humedad. Lo único rescatable era el desayuno buffet que tenían buena variedad."

"This is a historical building with one of the prettiest locations I’ve seen in Hermosillo. The sunsets have the quality of a proper desert sky. The Mountain View’s are incredible. The staff was so accommodating and wonderful. I highly recommend upgrading your room, for a few extra bucks you’ll have tons more room. There are lots of things within walking distance, private and safe parking, and perfectly working AC, hot water, a proper ice machine and filtered water . You can’t beat this hotel. It truly is home away from home and I would stay nowhere else in Hermosillo "

"Starting with the hotel being remodeled, it was dirty every where. Lobby bathroom didn't have water at the sink, hallways were dirty and hot. The room's floor was very dirty, the a/c never cooled down to a comfortable temperature, we couldn't sleep becaus it was so hot in the room. Staff did not inform us of any of this. No irons available. No restaurant. "
