「Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun. A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. Beautiful, stunning and the service is very exceptional and exclusive attention, you realize that the Saudi people are very happy that you are visiting their country and explain with detail their culture, and history. 「This seems to be a new establishment. Compare to the Radisson Blu Jeddah Plaza location, this is such an upgrade. Everything in every way is better and so comfortable. So convenient to the convention center! Highly recommended. 」

「The room had a desk which was awkwardly positioned in front of a couch (more like a chaise lounge). That made the movement in half of the room difficult and cumbersome. Also, there was no internet in the hotel for the night and morning of my stay.」

「From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were incredible. I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. The breakfast was excellent with an incredible choice and variety. Thank you will come back. 」
