「I tried contacting them begging their understanding for rescheduling or refund as with current flight issues we simply couldn’t get to the country. They ignored me completely! They already collected their payment so they didn’t care about us anymore!」

Tried to call ahead of time but no one at the hotel would answer, upon arrival they explained that nobody answers the phones except during specific times in the morning. They said that they have a dedicated operator, and that front desk cannot answer the phones.
