"Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun.
A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...
