The rooms were clean and well set out.

The location is a little tucked away, but close to many things in Waigani area (Vision City and Government offices).
The shuttle service was late. We waited for nearly an hour one time, and a second time more than 30 minutes to be picked up from Jackson's International Airport. I appreciated the staff at the airport contacting the hotel a couple of times on our behalf. Shuttle service was polite and helpful, but definitely late. Also, while clean, there were indicator lights on the dash that said the vehicle needed service and in conversation that did not seem to bother the driver."
