"liked the atmosphere here, felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. Boutique hotel. Pros - Stayed in Rm 279 &280 - spacious, clean, beds comfortable. Staff welcoming and very helpful, would like to recognize Roshan, Cristine, Srimali (invited for independenc day celebration), Ramki, Aman, Pubudu, among the group that helped us. There were many great staff, names not known. Cons- Location of hotel is great, but the driving is not so friendly,sharp corners, narrow bumpy street. Can cause somewhat dizzy. Lastly No Spa - Say what - Yes no spa. Hopefully in the future. Thank You for a great stay. During our trip stayed in Cinnamon Life Colombo, Cinnamon Bentota and Cinnamon Citadel. All wete great, great staff and great locations. Will be back."

"Met at Reception by the friendly Reception staff who made the check-in process really easy. Room was as exactly as the photos portrayed. Spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom. Location was perfect as it was close enough to the Lake but quiet. Perfect for a stay in Kandy. "

"Lovely hotel in great surrounding. Fab infinity pool for Insta worthy pics. The food at the hotel was outstanding and by far the best buffets we had during our trip to Sri Lanka and definitely the best hoppers. The hotel is built into a rock. Some areas felt a little dated in decor and check in was a bit slow but this could be due to the large numbers of people staying at the hotel. The pool boys at the infinity pool were fabulous in helping us take photographs that captured the beauty of the area. The room was lovely and we had a fantastic view of Sigiriya and a jacuzzi with an outside view. Great base for exploring Sigiriya and the Eco elephant safari."

"The stay at Sigiriya Village was the highlight of our Sri Lanka visit. Design by Bawa, a famous architectural family, the grounds and facilities are stunning. Entering the space, we felt instantly calm. The staff was so kind and helpful. There were elegant and beautiful massage facilities and I strongly recommend a massage. The food was delicious, the setting perfect, looking at the Lion Rock. "
