"Left to our own devices: a security nightmare. Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent. During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....

"Very close to Turin Porta Susa train station and places to eat and drink. Apartment was convenient and clean with communal coffee and tea facilities and a fridge just outside the room. The owners were incredibly helpful and stored our large backpacks for us on our last day as we had a late train. Very kind and accommodating! Thanks for a super stay!"

"First impressions when we arrived, was that the hotel was in an uninviting area. We had to push a few door bells and it was all automated opening. It felt a bit too easy to get in to the building, which raised concerns about security. When we got to the room it was nicely set-up for our toddler, and a spacious place. Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "
