We stayed in a Superior Studio, This is a very nicely decorated room, large, brand new and clean, good beds and bathroom, desk area, aircon, balcony etc The pool is great, could use a few inexpensive plastic loungers. "This property need a lot of work done before I dare revisit it, I’ve been lied to by the staff, the taxi service scammed us every step of the way, different prices on everything, not worth going out there until they improve the service of their staff and the situation with their rooms, the room was subpar it wasn’t like exactly comfy, the room ac was buggy and the bathroom had a terrible stench/smell to it, the entire time we were there the pool was closed and the Landry was open then closed...

"- Friendly staff - Freedom Land, Tour & Cultural Show were thr best!!!! - Place gives us nostalgic feeling, super great concept preserving historic houses - Good beach - Check in staff did not fully explain inclusions of our package as such we missed free boat ride - Initial room - aircon not working - “highway robbery” with water - not allowing guests to refill water bottles, room only had 1 set of water bottles —> we could have heat stroke!!!! - Buffet breakfast spread wasnt good / enough "

"Front desk service was good. Daily maid service for changing towels or taking trash out wasnt done and later found out its only on request. Bathrooms had a foul oder that wouldn't go away even leaving windows open didn't help."

"Its a good value for the money as you get to use the water park facilities as part of your stay and the free breakfast was very good. Only thing the rooms were smaller than they looked in the online pics. beautifull view of the ocean and mountains. "

"Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff"
