"Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. My wife is Filipina and was a tad concerned about the individual asking for a commission on an already agreed drop off to the airport. He appeared to be intoxicated, but the real concern was he dependable, so we bailed and got a Grab to the airport and await our flight there. "This is one of the most unsanitary places I’ve been in. The toilet looked unclean and the bed had a few critters on them. It had lack of electricity (no microwave, bad wifi service unless you’re on the second level). There was another resort beside us which had all necessities. Would be better to book a stay there. "

"Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly. Hotel facilities is very good. What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands. I recommend it but you need to deal with the road."

Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room.
