"Expedia reserved 2 standard rooms for me for 2 adults for a one night stay when apparently only one was available. The desk clerks cheerily provided an apartment suite as my second room at the standard room rate. The manager said she would take the matter up with Expedia. An example of excellent customer service. Everything else about our stay was fine. "
