「Room was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and food. so location was great. staff was terrible and rude. check in acted like I had inconvenienced her. there were 4 of us on the reservation, had 2 towel sets, asked 2 different times for extra but never got it. breakfast ends at 9am, ok i get it, but my child was filling a cup of orange juice when they came over and turned the machine off on him mid pour. the next day i saw someone getting cereal (the milk was right next to the...

「The first room was ok except for the beetles crawling on the ceiling. We were upgraded to across the hall where the hot water was not nearly as hot as the first room. But the hotel is under renovation at present ao not completely their fault. The cleaning service hust walked into our room wothout knocking before we left. Rude and she seemed to be very annoyed that we hadnt checked out yet. 」
