"Todo fue excelente. La limpieza, el staff es muy amable, muy atentos y educados. La ubicación es buenísima para caminar en el centro histórico. Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel y creo que me volvería a quedar. Por cierto, ojalá nunca quiten las guayabas de la recepción, además que huele muy rico, están deliciosas, gracias por ese detalle."

"Highlights: - Perfect for family with little/young kids as this seems to be the only hotel in Polanco area that is resort-like. All other hotels are high rises - Outdoor heated pool was the best. Again, most likely this is the only hotel in this area with an outdoor pool - Rooms were large for a city center hotel - Buffet and other onsite restaurants were great - Staff was fantastic - A bit of history in an otherwise commercial part of Mexico City. Feels like you are in Mexico City rather than New York City - Walkable to several restaurants and shopping"
