「I liked cleanliness and comfort. Handicap room had a shower that flooded the bathroom every time you took a shower. That needs attention. Disappointed in breakfast . Pancake machine broken. Cheese omelettes both days we were there were terrible.」

「Once again, we didn't have a clean bathroom. Unfortunately, but unlike the last place on our travels, these people were very accommodating. They said they'd clean the bathroom, give us a new room. The customer service was out of the park.They took care of all our needs here.I was just a little sad.Teresa was the lady's name didn't clean the bathroom before we got there.There was use soap in the shower hair in the shower.I just don't understand maybe i'm missing something.And you guys leave soap...

I am now understanding that Spark is the basic level of their hotels. The hotel is newer and technically had everything you needed bed, bathroom.
