「Newly refurbished building very centrally located. Apartment is very nice, good facilities and very comfortable bed. We had the large apartment with balcony. Would recommend for a stay in Thessaloniki. However, 2 negative things that can be easily fixed by the management company. 1. We were not provided with any check in details and there was no one at the building when we arrived at 3.00pm. We called 2 different numbers several times but no one answered. 「We had an excellent holiday in the hotel of Tropical for one week in August. The pool-view room was big with balcony and kitchenette, which were cleaned every day. There's good wi-fi and conditioner, which worked properly. The location was great. There were supermarkets, the city center and sea nearby. The food was tasty. The staff was very kind and helpful. They created warm and pleasant atmosphere. We recommend the hotel Tropical!」
