「先ずレセプションでは、予約が確認出来ないとのことで、 偶々印刷していた予約確認書を見せて事なきを得た。 エスコートして行った部屋は既に先客ありで、別のキーを持って来て隣の部屋へ、室内はベッドを含め？？？の状態で、唯一エアコンが動いて良かった程度。」

「Lovely stay at Lavella Villas with a nice breakfast including coffee or tea and fruit. The lady on reception was always helpful. Recommend staying at Lavella Villas. To improve further, suggest an insect mess on the bathroom window to prevent mosquitos and avoid having to keep the bathroom door closed which would help with ventilation noting evidence of mould on the bathroom roof (unit 5).」

「Poor value for the Money. No Hot Water, TV didn’t work. Patio Roof Leaked. Breakfast was included, however our 2nd Morning the cook never showed up. They didn’t come to clean our room until 5:00pm. One positive, the Staff were friendly 」

「Nice pool and outdoor area. Breakfast of eggs and toast I was included and some traditional Indonesian breakfast items. The call for prayer broadcast over the loudspeaker nearby woke us up every morning at 5:30 and lasted 20 minutes. This was the only drawback. Obviously other people complained about this because they supplied ear plugs in the room. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. And there's plenty of restaurants to choose from there. Food is available to get, but we only had breakfast at...

「This hotel was DREAMY! We wished we had more time to spend there, but unfortunately it was a quick stay. We loved every minute of it! The entrance is stunning, staff is friendly and so helpful, the hotel’s restaurant is amazing, and the room is so spacious, comfortable and cozy! 「The villa is very close to the docks. Which is good for convienience. However, it does mean that you do hear some noise from the docks. Although it is only in the daytime. The team of staff were great. Took very good care of us and couldn't be anymore helpful. The breakfast was good also. Only a couple of improvements that could be added, to make the stay perfect. There was no coils to keep the mosquitos away and there are quite alot. If they lit some coils or incense, then this would...
