"The customer service was great although the staff at the buffet dining restaurant can do better to check on needs of the guests promptly. We had to always wave them down. The rooms were always kept clean and have all the you need for the trip. The A team which is responsible for entertainment was the absolute highlight of the trip. The New Years celebrations was epic. By far the best hotel in Mombasa. I have been to 3 others. If you have kids, this is the go to place. Shout out to Ephantus the restaurant manager and Bedan the reservations manager."

"This stay was literally beyond comprehension. From the moment i stepped into the facility their grace and compassion exceeded expectations it was for my 55th birthday and super memorable. Imagine with me the sunrising upon the edge of the earth 🌎 I walked on the white sands preceding the Indian Ocean with no shoes or socks seeing another run on the beach following suit May i say Madame Anne in guest relations superseded my previous words putting together help for making a garment of special materials from the west negotiator administrator facilitator she was the fire of a consummate artificer of business expertise. This is a must visit place and come highly recommended. "

"Great place to stay on the beach in Watamu, proximity to Malindi international airport was super given construction between Mombasa and Watamu! The private adults pool is amazing for those without kids that want a quiet pool. If you are across from the dining/entertainment area though it is loud with music at night until about 12:30 am - next time will request room on the opposite side. I had a wedding blessing that was absolutely incredible - Nancy the planner was the best!!!"
