"Overall it was a good stay. Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly. Only two small complaints. Day I got there a got a text message saying if I needed anything to text. I sent a message the next morning asking for more towels and got a response. That evening we still hadn’t received towels so I went to the front desk. Person there said “Oh I tell guests never to use the text and just come tell us.” Then why have the text system? Other complaint was that the toilet in our room didn’t flush well and almost got clogged several times."
Drury Inn & Suites West Des Moines

"We love Drury.....stay there wherever there is one!! Breakfast, snacks in the evening. clean, comfy beds and rooms. We just love this place!!"

"The property was super clean and the staff was amazing as usual. The pool was nice, but the Hot Tub was down. That's the only bad thing about the place. Breakfast was very tasty."

"The hotel was in a nice location near shopping and restaurants with friendly staff and very clean rooms. I love the endless supply of hot water and that it was pet friendly. There were vending machines on site with Ice. There were lots of good T.V. Channels, and the refrigerator was a nice touch. The door was a little misaligned so that dead bolt wouldn't work though. There was still the inside door bar that kept the door from opening up all the way."
