「Close to the airport, in a nice zone in the City. Unfortunately I only stayed one night. The response time of the staff through messages or email is very slow, but fine in person. 」

「Las instalaciones me sorprendieron, bastante bonito y limpio el lugar, lo único fue que tienen restaurante y te mencionan servicio a la habitación, pero cuando les escribí para ordenar desayuno no me contestaron, me dejaron ignorado, y tienen dispensador de champú pero no te agregan jabón, tienes que comprarlo tú mismo, ojalá mejoren esos aspectos, por todo lo demás muy bonito lugar 👀」

「Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They collected our luggage and took it to our room, and were able to answer questions about the town and getting around. Breakfast was amazing every day! It was one of my favourite things about our stay. The choice was incredible and the food was delicious. The dining area has excellent views of the volcano too. The hotel is quiet, and a perfect location for exploring Antigua. Our friends were travelling with their baby, so...
