「Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They collected our luggage and took it to our room, and were able to answer questions about the town and getting around. Breakfast was amazing every day! It was one of my favourite things about our stay. The choice was incredible and the food was delicious. The dining area has excellent views of the volcano too.
