「I will start by saying the front desk person from my check-in day was quite nice and helpful. I wanted to change my check-out date but could not because I had booked through Expedia. However, they allowed me to check-in early as a way to help balance my loss of money for the last night. Additionally, I will say there was a sign qualifying the Wingate had recently been purchased and was under going a remodel. I wish I had been made aware prior to booking.
