「We stayed here with our family for several days. The house is huge but is extremely expensive considering its poor general cleanliness and obvious disrepair. We spent a long time cleaning the pool ourselves. The contact centre is located overseas, so there was no direct way to communicate with on-site management. A photo of us holding our driver’s lic must be emailed before check-in details are provided, this requirement not being stated in the listing.
