「we stay one night for transit next day, it's good to have airport shuttle for go and back. staff are nice and room is clean. everything is smooth and easy. highly recommend」

Simon at the front desk spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!」

「The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. The bed is comfortable, also the breakfast has many choices and delicious. But the shower head in the bathroom is a bit dirty and the height fixer is broken. 「Todo muy nuevo y muy lindo …después que ingresas , es difícil que encuentren tu reservación por lo menos me pasó en mi caso ya que no hay quien te atienda en el momento Luego de aproximadamente una horaapareció una persona que me ayudó muy bien que era personal de mantenimiento y una Sra muy amable y atenta Pero cuando llegas te resulta raro porque aparentemente no tenés reserva Después de esto, todo excelente」

「The Singular is a truly spectacular hotel. The entire staff is amazing and so attentive. They did such a good job anticipating our needs and being helpful with anything we requested, we are so appreciative. And of course the decor is moody and gorgeous, breakfast and coffee are yummy, room was impeccable, bed and linens are probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.」
