「I stayed at Atlas hotel for 4 nights in total. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. They provided many information for sightseeing and sorted out every problems during my stay such as buying local SIM card and arranging PCR test. 「Un excellent hôtel, le meilleur lors de mon voyage au Kazakhstan : j'ai regretté n'y avoir passé qu'une seule nuit ! Ma chambre était très spacieuse et très confortable, avec un joli balcon. L'emplacement est top, à une quinzaine de minutes à pied du parc central. Le personnel est très serviable et parle plusieurs langues. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif, varié, avec des options locales et saines et un personnel au service efficace et avenant. J'y retournerai sans hésiter. Bravo à toutes...
