「The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!」

「Property is beautiful with secluded sitting areas with water fountains and shade. Fitness center was a little small and divided into two areas. Chilled pool was really nice because of the extreme heat!」

「The staff that works in the resort from the Restaurant to the Pool ,to the Cleaning staff are exceptional. From the checking to the checkout, we got treated wonderfully. The food at the restaurant was great. We highly recommend this Resort」
