「在市中心，去景点很方便。前台非常友好，早晨精致。就是停车地点有点远，停车费有点贵」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「The hotel had a problem with it’s banking arrangement. Upon arrival, the hotel declined my Chase Visa card. Chase confirmed my card was good and it was accepted for payment at restaurants throughout my three-day stay in Macedonia. At checkout the hotel had not resolved its banking problem and card was again declined. No apology or even acknowledgement of the problem from management. 「Spa ist kostenpflichtig.」

「The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the Stone Bridge and the bustling bazaar. Everything you’ll want to see and explore is within easy walking distance.」

「Arrived at 2.30am to be told that we'd been double booked and had to stay at a hotel 35 minutes walk away. The night porter was reluctant to help , but eventually called a taxi and the hotel paid for it. This took 90 minutes.... The other hotel was decent enough, but we booked the Turist as it was walkable to all the sights. The following day we returned and got checked into the Turist without any further issues.」

「Nice place to stay」

「Op geen enkel moment personeel gezien. De receptie was op geen enkel moment bezet.」

「This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa...
