L'hotel è molto ben curato, la stanza in stile montano molto accogliente e con un piacevole balcone per godere della pace circostante. Il personale, titolari inclusi, sono stati tutti super gentili e carini nel rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole, dall'attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari, ai consugli per passeggiate molto belle e che fossero alla portata. 「Struttura datata, ampia camera del terzo piano stile anni 80 ma con un bagno piccolo con la doccia attaccata al bidet. nel 2025 ancora le due bustine per lavarsi quando sarebbe consigliabile avere un dispenser nella doccia. Tra l'altro, causa rumore continuo dovuto alla cucina, ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare la stanza. Sottolineo comunque la gentilezza della reception per un cambio veloce. Colazione banale, con torte industriali.」

「La struttura accetta animali, l'unica pecca di non essere stata avvisata in quanto dopo il check in abbiamo lasciato le nostre cose in camera e i due cani, al nostro ritorno l'abbiamo trovato chiuso con un semplice bigliettino sulla porta che diceva che avrebbe aperto più tardi. Ovviamente ci siamo messi a suonare e a chiamare. Da ospite non ho gradito di non essere stata avvisata. 」
