「The location is great for walking around the city, once you find it. The property relies entirely of WiFi, which some times is poor in Ostuni. It is virtually impossible to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, which is on a dead end street, meaning you will need to precariously back out on a tiny street filled with crowds of people if you find it. This is especially tough for single travelers. Once you do arrive you will need to contact the virtual staff to enable entrance through WiFi...

「Stayed here for one night since I had an early 6:30am flight out of Brindisi Airport in the morning. For the value, it was fine, but it was not a comfortable stay and I would not have stayed longer than one night. I had a lot of difficulty sleeping. The bed was hard, light from outside streamed into the room at night (all the curtains in the room were sheer), and noise traveled in the hallways. I am not sure if I am allergic to the laundry detergent used or what happened...but I became...

「Beautiful property in a very central location. Vitoria was so friendly and a huge help with directions and great recommendations for places to eat. She made our stay amazing! Thank you」

「Et virkelig dejligt roligt sted, og man sover fantastisk i en Trulli」

「hotel is in the Alberobello, hotel staff helped me to find a free parking near by the room, room was great. 」

「I would like to stay back at this place , Location is perfect, Our room for 3 people was perfect for one night is a bit too much , you need 2-3 nights in Alberobello because this room could be your perfect house. I wish they had a better self-check out in case you want to leave early than 8am . May be it is but I didn’t ask the staff . I want to come back to Alberobello and The Palazzo Scotto .」

「Surroundings and pool were very beautiful. If looking for a quiet room(walls paper thin, could hear conversations of neighbours) Breakfast was very minimal. One attendant in afternoon to greet us and 1 breakfast person for coffee in the morning.」

「Antonella was an excellent host. AAA +++」

「The trulli is very sweet. The quiet location away from the crowds is a highlight. Parking was an 8minute walk away but okay for the area. I think you pay for the novelty and location, but not the comfort or service. Next time I would spend 30th to more per night and go somewhere that was full service. Trulli is a unique experience and it was very clean and had some cute decorations However some negatives that make me think it should be 50euro cheaper per night: Host takes a day to reply to...
