「My room was changed upon arrival, I was not given a room change discount since I did book a bigger room . The room I was in was not clean, because of the location and ability to call and uber and leave was not an option, therefore no point to complain.」

「Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed here one night but would never stay here on multiple nights. The location, however, was excellent.」

「I did not like the area around for once, 2 is complicated to find the place and you have to park far from the place. Not safe!!!」

「Lovely relaxing stay with everything you need, great pool to which was a bonus. Nighttime with the sounds of wildlife was amazing」

「Pesimo servivicio por que alquile y no especificaron el horario de checkin y perdi mi dinero trate de q me reembolsaran y no lo hicieron escusas por todos lado llame fui al area de checkin y no hiciero absolutamente nada para resolver el problema si te cobran en el momento pero si tienes y un problema no lo solucionan y pierdes tu dinero」
