The hotel is really beautiful, service is great, room is big, clean, has all the amenities. Food is super delicious and great variety for breakfast or dinner. Had little confusion for the extra charge for SPA, so be aware it cost extra, but in Expedia site its not really visible, so needs to be updated. But SPA is worth visiting, really great.
Overall enjoyed our stay, thank uoy to reception team for being so helpful and welcoming, bar and restaurant staff for their great service.

We loved the hotel room layout for a family of 4. The “living room” area turned into two twin beds perfect for our two kids.
The breakfast was fine.. nothing spectacular but good variety.
Location is great. A 15m slow walk to the duomo or the tram which was super easy.
Removed 1 star bc the reception refused to loan me 2 glasses for wine. I thought that was pretty silly

Beautiful property, excellent customer service. Great breakfast. Upon checking in we were upgraded at no cost to a bigger room. The manager gave us 10% discount to the Term Spa. The restaurant on the property is out of this world!
