"I loved the view of the ocean from the pool. What a great way to spend the day. Every member of the staff we encountered was phenomenal. One problem we ran into was the elevator was a little scary. It bounced a lot upon entering, shook a bit while moving, and stopped abruptly. We took it from the 3rd floor to the lobby and the door didn’t open when we stopped.
