The reception door slams shut all night, smokers outside the room talking all night, the microwave was right outside my room and people use it throughout the night, it is loud and smelly. And other guests are shouting in the corridors during the night and slamming the room doors all night as they use the communal toilets. My kettle did not work, which I reported and no one replaced. And the room next to me started drinking...
