Excellent property - clean, smells homy (not that industrial cleaning chemical smell), big rooms, comfortable bed with crisp and clean linen..... One of the better hotels I have stayed at and great value for money.

This property is clearly in need of some attention. The water in our shower/tub didn't drain properly, the bed was not correctly made and the noise from guests in other rooms was disruptive although it appeared they were simply engaged in normal activities. On departure, the front desk staff didn't bother to ask about our stay, so we offered no feedback. We wouldn't stay here again.

False advertising for Marriott Springhill!
My wife and I have severe arthritis in all of our joints and we selected this hotel because they advertised a pool and spa. Neither the pool or spa was open due to renovations. This was NOT listed on their website. The hotel offered this elderly couple to walk down the road to the Holiday Inn because the hotel had an agreement to let us in, it January and there is snow on the ground and the hotel expected us to walk. I asked for a discount but was not given one, when I asked for the manager I was told I would be contacted but that never happened.

Pleasantly surprised. The room was by far the absolute nicest room I’ve ever booked anywhere! I wish I could stay longer! The entire facility was very very nice but the room was GREAT. Updated. Not notch. I can’t say enough. I’d 110% select this over anything else in the future!
