「Trotz Reservation war kein Personal da. Die zufällig präsente Person startete mit telefonieren, um das Zimmer bereit zu stellen. Warmes Wasser gab es nie während der zwei Tagen. Das inkl. Frühstück war am ersten Morgen spärlich und am zweiten inexistent. Das Zimmer wäre sehr hübsch, aber die Organisation total überfordert.」

「Best location, step out the front door and it’s like you’re in a medieval story and back in time. So much character and feel. Hotel was clean and reasonably priced. The owners were so nice and helpful with anything we needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommend. Research the parking before arrival to save you walking too far. Hotel is in the ZTL Zone but worth it.」
