「Clean property and perfectly located in downtown Sioux City. For it to be downtown, parking was easy and efficient. I’d recommend this property for travelers.」

「The Sioux City Comfort Inn was substandard at best. First thing I noticed as I checked in was a sign on the desk saying they don't allow locals to stay there because of past "problems"; clue #1 as to how the night would go. Next thing I noticed was the side door we used to bring our stuff in had the door latch taped with package tape to keep the door from locking; it stayed that way all night I guess because it was still taped up in the morning. The carpet in the hallway was stained and wrinkled...

「The room was clean. And spacious. The bathroom was large and clean. They offered a.microwave and a fridge and shelves and space for food. We liked the room and the front desk guy was SUPER friendly. Unfortunately, this establishment has gone to openable pump dispensers for the hygiene products. I find this to be incredibly disturbing and unhygienic due to the ease with which anyone could tamper with the product. Its not "green", its gross. The breakfast was partly.disappointing.
