The rooms are clean , air condition works good. Free breakfast perfect to send you on your day. Has TV but no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception area, which has ample seating.

The staff are friendly and the place is good but it's far from the Main Street so we have to walk meters away to get taxi. Well, when it comes to financial reason the place is an ideal one.

No elevator, phone is not functioning, no power outlets, small bed, old tv, lots of bedbugs. I got 6 bedbug bites. The linens are very itchy. Small room. Shower not functioning and no hot or cold water. Air con is not that cold. Packed breakfast was not given to us since we checked out early.

Location is good in that it is close to many restauarants and attractions such as Ancestral House. In regards to the room - basic amenities (one toilet roll, one small sachet of shampoo and soap, 2 towels, tv with cable was provided). Free breakfast was included in price, the breakfast is very simple toast with a slice of ham or rice and two small sausages. Wifi is also provided in the room however it does disconnect often. Overall, you get what you pay for and for us we just needed a place to crash and shower after being out all day exploring!

나름 괜찮았어요.

첫인상은 별로였습니다. 그런데 나름 직원들이 신경써주시고 열심히 도와주시려하는모습에 만족하게 4일을 보냈습니다. 식사는 그냥 현지식보다 조금 못할정도 아침엔 빵을 달라고하시는게 좋을듯하구요 식당직원분들도 상냥해서 그나마 좋았습니다. 와이파인 자주끊어짐을 감안 하세요^^

Budget friendly, ok location

Familytrip, 2 adults and 3 kids in a family room. Price is ok, and then you can not expect too much. Old furnished room. Cr/bathroom as expected for this price range. Our bathroom was pritty disgusting, since we found leftover public hair on the wall, beside the lavatory. Even we informed them, they did not clean while we stayed there. So after two nights we found another hotel. Quite old and should need a makeover. Our old fashion tv set was out of order, so they changed it to another one that also was out of order. In the lobby, they had a aquarium, but nobody care to clean. Could be a nice thing to watch while waiting, but instead you feel like rushing out! We got a minivan, and was in need of their free parking, but very narrow frontyard, extremely narrow gate and passing to the garage. If there is another car there already, you have no more space to turn and park. Maybe better to go there as a backpacker?

Basic room, great service!

My first solo trip in a while, so i wantes ro save as much as possible and booked Pacific. The only word that comes to mind to describe this room/hotel is basic. Literally what you need, without the extra fluff of other hotels. It was very confortable and the people were very nice even when my key wouldn't work, they happily reset it for me. Would definitely stay here again!!

Avoid the family room!

We are a family of 5 and rented a family room. We arrived late and left early. The lady at the reception was very Nice and helpfull. The room was bad! The room and bathroom were cleaned, but the Black between the tiles, on the walls, on the beds in the bathroom etc. needed paint and renovation to be clean. We left at 5:00 AM so I can't tell about the breakfast.

Nice and Quiet Stay

My wife Mary and I had came in for an early check in on Monday July 4th. Our flight from Los Angeles had arrived in Cebu early. When we had got there, we had booked a Honeymoon Bedroom, but it was not available. The friendly staff took care of everything right then and there, and had got a great one bed bedroom upstairs. The Kitchen Staff was great, and I loved eating the lady who cook there delicious breakfast. Over all, everything was convenient, and accessible.
