Nice clean apartment. The kitchen area is small but works. The bed is memory foam and was more comfortable than other places. Nice location with a mall nearby.

The place was pretty great had fridge stove rice cooker microwave. Nice tv. Prime and Netflix. They were very nice. But didn’t respond to my messages but the guards and people working at counter got our questions answered and let my little sister in law come swim

My stay was okay

It was an okay stay. However, the main bathroom toilet was leaking, so the floor was really wet. It wasnt clean as expected. The whole unit was really small , 2 bedrooms. Beds were comfy, kitchen again and living room was not as clean.

guarded property met my expectations with the provided photos. nice pools, i reached out to the expedia whatsapp number a few days prior to check in.They stated just go to reception and show my id. i was under the impression check in desk would be aware of my Expedia reservation. That's not the case since these are agent owned. i had the correct property, but since there are 5 different towers i wasn't sure if i was in the right tower. receptionist couldn't help. thankfully i was able to reach the agent on whatsapp for the correct tower and room number. i head to the correct tower show my ID and check in and they hand me a lockbox.I have no idea what the code for the lockbox is. that's another piece of information the agent didn't provide prior. reached out again over WhatsApp and received the lockbox code. Check in process could have gone smoother if they had provided the tower/room# and lock box code prior to check in, not to wait till the last minute. headed to the room, but it was still getting cleaned at 4pm. found a few roaches in the cupboards but i was able to kill them. Bathroom toilet was broken, it wouldn't flush. Checked the sink and shower they both have water. i turned the water supply on for the toilet and the bidet has a bad leak. ok, so we can't use the toilet? i head to reception, they send a guy up, he said its broke. yeah i already knew this, do you expect the renter to fix it ? i reach out to the agent, no answer, they never fixed it.

Giving two stars for the host as she is responsive. But staying here I do not recommend, just coz so many roaches we killed 9 roaches staying here for just 2 nights.

Do not stay here. Condo was not as advertised. When we walked in, it smelled like urine and there were various stains on the couch, sheets, towels, and pillows. We suspect the bed sheets were not washed because there was hair all over them. Condo wasn’t anything like the pictures. Many German cockroaches and shower curtain has mildew.

Nice little studio apartment with everything we needed. Location is good, close to the mall. Communication was a little slow but they were very accommodating. Check in was a little confusing when they asked who my host was and I wasn't given that information but they figured it out.

家族で5日間滞在しました。 バス停留所・アヤラモール・カルボンマーケットに徒歩5分で行ける好立地です。 コンビニや飲食店も近場に沢山あります。 同系列の同じようなホテルが数棟建っていますのでチェックインする際にどの棟か戸惑いましたが、ホテルの警備員さんやtaxiに行き先を伝える際は「アビダリアラ』と伝えれば通じます。 シャワーは水圧は弱いですがお湯は出ます。 全自動洗濯機があったので助かりました。 アメニティは固形石鹸とシャンプーが数回分しかなかったので、洗濯洗剤と共にスーパーで調達しました。歯ブラシはありません。 電気ケトル、電子レンジ、包丁、食器類はありましたが、ケトルの中が汚すぎて使う気にならなかったのでスーパーでケトル買いました。500ペソ程でしたのでそのままホテルに置いてきました。 25階に滞在しましたが、ゴキの赤ちゃんを数匹見かけました。飛行虫はいませんでした。 スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで好印象でした。 マクタン側かセブシティ側のどちらに滞在するか悩んでこちらにしましたが、大正解でした。 ツアーに行くにも町を散策するにもとても便利でした。 ITパーク周辺はとても綺麗に整備されていますが、少し離れたら雰囲気は違い治安が心配な印象を受けましたので、次回またセブに来る事があればこちらのホテルを選ぶと思います。
