Room was nice, service was good, restaurant was good. Only complaint, toiletries were cheap, made our skin & hair dry. The hot water fluctuated between cold n warm with spurts of hot water.

My stay was pleasant and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good as well. My only knock was that my bathroom water was never hot.

We were overall pleasantly surprised by the 'Amethyst' in almost every way. For an extended (20 day) stay like ours the only criticism we had was a limited lunch/dinner menu and an inconsistent and very limited wine selection, However it must be said, the service in the restaurant was excellent as was everything else!! We'll definitely stay at the 'Amethyst' again!!

The staff were courteous and helpful. The facility itself is clean and the food is good. We just have to wait a bit longer to get our room ready. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Nice new hotel near Capital....
Room was basic....couldn't figure out the tv. No refrigerator.... Otherwise, clean, comfortable, and enough room so we weren't tripping over luggage. Restaurant was surprisingly good.... food and service. Will return....

The hotel does not have in-room safes. Therefore, my husband's air pods were stolen. No one took responsibility. There was nothing we can do. Luckily, it was only the airpods and nothing else. After the incident, we tried to carried all our important items with us wherever we went which was inconvenient and heavy. We decided not to have our rooms cleaned in case anything we couldn't take with us were stolen. I advise anyone who is looking to book this hotel that until they decide to install safes in the room, DO NOT stay here or at least carry all your valuables with you wherever you go.

Very nice hotel in cebu ! Conveniently in the middle of the city and incredible staff who truly make sure you are enjoying your stay and have everything you need. Nice bedroom and bathroom, pretty good breakfast, and overall nice facility!

Amazing stay. The whole hotel was brand new and so clean. Room was spacious with big bed and very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. They helped us sort out any problem we had. Ariel the supervisor was great! The restaurant was a little expensive but service was great and such a relief to come back to the quiet environment after the hustle and bustle of the city. Would definitely stay there every time I visit Cebu

The hotel was nice, new and clean. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. The breakfast was very good as well. However, the surrounding area was not very nice. Lots of cars, lots of exhaust pollution and very few nearby restaurants to choose from. It was within walking distance of Robinson's Department & Grocery Store, but not much else to choose from that is within walking distance.

I love how clean and tidy the whole place is. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I requested extra items in the room and they supplied it promptly. We had to leave early one morning and was going to miss the free breakfast but the staff packed us food to go. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who will stay in Cebu City.

冷蔵庫がないのは、水を冷やせないので不便 フロントの対応は素晴らしい、タクシーを止めてくれたりしてくれて、親切である。 カードキー1つしか配られなく、カードキーがないとエレベーターが動かないので、そこが少し不便でもある。

安い値段で高いサービスを受けました。スタッフはいつも笑顔で気持ちのいい挨拶をしてくれます。施設もキレイで常にうっすらいい匂いがして癒されました。朝食も美味しかったです。唯一の難点は部屋は広いのに冷蔵庫がない事くらいでした。次も泊まりたいです。

リゾート、マクタン島からは遠いですが、市内メインの場所から近く、シティリゾートからアイランドリゾートを楽しみたい方にはおすすめ。施設は綺麗でスタッフの対応にも問題ありませんが、贅沢感は特にありません。朝食はビジネスホテル程度の簡単なビュッフェ形式。トイレはガラスユニットバスになり、最上階だと、ホテル専用wifiを使わないと電波が届きづらいなど困ることもありますが、総じてコストパフォーマンスは良いかと思います。セブにお仕事で来る方には良い場所かと思いますが、セブを旅行で満喫するなら、マクタンでホテルリゾートをただ、ひたすらゆっくりする事をオススメします。
