des améliorations à prevoir

Un lit qui grince bruillamment. C'est insupportable. Des blattes et des punaises retrouvés dans le logement y compris la nuit.une salle d'eau si petite que pour bouger il fallait ouvrir la porte. La terrasse est appréciable. La pièce à vivre agréable. Très très peu de connection internet. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très sympathiques et font tout pour rendre agréable notre séjour. Il est extrêmement compliqué de joindre Abritel.

Etablissement confortable Bonne situation au calme

Il n'y a rien à dire à part lors de la tonte du gazon faudrait peut être ramasser l'herbe pour ne pas tout ramener à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Quand on arrive on aimerait que le salon extérieur soit nettoyé et mis en place. Heureusement nous n'étions qu'a 2 puisque nous y avons passé 3 semaines et c'est 3 jours avant le départ que les 2 autres chaises ont été néttoyé

Agréable séjour dans maisonnette avec mezzanine .

Résidence très lumineuse,de construction récente,dommage que les matelas ne soient pas à la hauteur des prestations.L'espace est largement suffisant .La terrasse plain-pied avec table et 4 chaises pour déjeuner dehors est sympa.L'équipement ménager est simple mais suffisant.Téléviseur appréciable.Dans l'ensemble,satisfait,malgré un cout élevé pour un mois de septembre.

Saubere Unterkunft, spartanisch eingerichtet

Die Anlage besteht aus kleinen Häuschen, die spartanisch eingerichtet und supersauber sind. Wir hatten drinnen alles, was wir brauchten. Liegestühle für den Außenbereich auf der Terrasse gab es nicht, aber welche am Pool. Die Terrassen vor den Wohnzimmern gingen in einander über - es gab keine Trennwände oder Hecken dazwischen. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, war dies nicht so schlimm. Eine abgeschlossene, weniger einsehbare Sitzecke fände ich dennoch angenhemer. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Der Pool wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt.

Bien quand il n'y a pas trop de monde.

Piscine sympa mais un petite. Logement très propre. Accueil très serviable. Logements sonores : on entend les voisins, et encore plus lorsque ceux-ci sont bruyants !!! Manque d'intimité si l'on veut manger dehors. Équipement "léger" en matériel de cuisine (four, couteau éplucheur..., verres à pieds, grande cocotte,...).

Séjour très agréable

Il s'agit d'une résidence hôtelière, de type gîte, il n'y a pas de service de chambre, les résidents font le ménage en partant. Nous avions un petit studio avec mezzanine pourvu d'un coin cuisine très confortable, au calme, avec l'essentiel pour faire ses repas. Accueil particulièrement aimable et disponible, résidence "à la campagne" tout près de Barbotan, au calme.

très bien pour un court séjour

Pour ce qui est de la situation de la résidence et de l'accueil (avec son personnel), c'est le top ! Accueil très chaleureux et agréable. Personnel très disponible. Par contre, point de vue logement, la salle de bain est presque inopérationnelle (trop petite dans notre appartement). Et LE meuble de rangement par pièce n'est pas très généreux.

personnels sympathiques

une bonne impression dans l'ensemble, mais ayant réservé une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite, il manquait dans la salle de bains une chaise murale de douche ainsi qu'une barre ( je fais tous mes transferts à partir de mon fauteuil roulant) dans la chambre le lit trop bas, il n'y a pas de tête de lit.... pas de rideaux aux fenêtres...heureusement le personnel sympa.

Bon rapport qualité/prix

Nous avions pris l'option "appartement " pour 3 jours : séjour, coin cuisine, chambre en mezzanine. L'état des lieux est très satisfaisant, l'équipement assez complet. La résidence est située dans un cadre campagnard très tranquille, un peu à l'écart de Barbotan, donc voiture indispensable. Parking attenant à la résidence. Seuls bémols : des détails pratiques comme l'exiguïté de la salle de bain et l'absence de rideau de douche, pas de séparation entre terrasses, vis-à-vis assez proche mais pas de rideaux aux fenêtres...
