「The location of the hotel, right in the middle of Meribel, is very convenient, not only for skiers but also for folks who want to walk around the village at night and enjoy the various restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV access to Netflix that was not resolved but staff seemed to be trying. Pleasant dining room as well as the bar. 」

「Absolutatemente lamentable. Las sillas rotas, la fregona del siglo pasado, la luz del baño fundida, el suelo pegajoso, ceniceros sin limpiar... y lo peor... NO HABIA SABANAS NI TOALLAS, ni responden a los email o las llamadas!!!!」

「No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!」

「Great location. All staff were wonderful - except for the manager. She was unwelcoming and quite rude from the moment we arrived. However, all other staff were extremely helpful - especially Sidney in the breakfast dining room. Room was spotless and housekeeping were very thorough. 」

「Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Short walk to Olympic Gondola for commute to Meribel Centre. Walking distance to couple restaurants and food market. Clean, and upgraded throughout with professional staff that kindly addressed our questions. We would happily stay here again!」
