「Our room was spacious and clean. Being right above the edge of Parque Tecajetes, we looked right into the trees. The staff and food at the hotel restaurant, Sal y Piedra, were both excellent. We would stay there again.」

「I was extremely disappointed to find out that my room had no exterior windows. This could not be a deal breaker but the smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom definitely was. When I informed the front desk upon check out there was no apology whatsoever. Needless to say that I would never book a room on this property.」

「Mildew stains in several walls of the bathroom and around the faucet. One towel that must be returned to the front desk upon checking out. Only one outlet inconveniently located in the farthest corner of the room. Highly recommended food, by staff, was less than mediocre. Staff was not shown how to operate the credit card terminal. Well ... there you have it.」

「I cannot say enough of this small jewel in Xalapa. Great boutique hotel . Great staff! Safe area to walk and exercise. Amazing food! Just one minor drawback is the pillows, a little bit too hard for my taste, but don’t forget to ask for a change. This is not a hotel for people with wheelchairs, since there is a lot of steps.」

「Cosas positivas 1. La ubicación es excelente 2. Es muy limpio 3. La habitación compartida tipo hostal es solo con 2 personas y con baño dentro Aspecto a considerar: Es una casa familiar con niños pequeños así que hay algo de ruido y normalmente movimiento en la cocina y comedor. 」

「El perdonal muy amable, la comida muy rica. Solo sus instalaciones estan un povo descuidada, me to o un baño que se salia el agua y mojaba todo el baño. Me ofrecieron moverme de cuarto pero solo fui por una noche. 」
