New clean hotel. Safe neighborhood, but no or few cafes in the immediate vicinity. Downtown is about a 30 minute walk. Breakfast had cold scrambled eggs, no of any kind, and no fresh fruits. Very large and well-appointed living unit. Staff was great, breakfast was tasty. Manager hosted a welcome event at 19.00 that featured wine, lemonade, and the best empanadas we've had yet. Highly recommend.
