「The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to the airport. A perfect stay for the one night I was there before my flight. The staff was lovely and accommodating, calling my taxi to the airport at 5am, and even opened the complimentary breakfast for me so I could have some food and espresso before my long day of travelling. I’m so grateful! 」

「Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal durchweg so freundlich, wie ich es noch nirgendwo anders erlebt habe. Der Frühstückstisch war morgens für uns bereits gedeckt und mit einem Hochstuhl für unser 10 Monate alten Sohn ausgestattet. Während des Frühstücks wurde durch das Personal auch immer wieder kurz mit ihm interagiert. Das Zimmer war in einem perfekten Zustand und sehr sauber. Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Genau so wünscht man es sich. Pool und Spa Bereich waren wie beschrieben....

「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight, is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. 」

「This is a hidden gem. A car is essential as the hotel is in a very pretty but rural area with no other facilities. However the hotel is absolutely first class, the rooms are spacious, airy and well appointed. The hotel restaurant is brilliant with a great selection of local dishes and on Saturday and Sunday a quaint small bar at the front of the hotel where you can sit and watch the occasional cyclist or car go by. The owning family are so helpful and made us feel so welcome 」
