Honestly, this is a great property with awesome staff..the only thing is that it was a little musty in our room, not sure why, but my husband has a very sensitive nose and he believe that it was the carpet that needed to be cleaned and/or refreshed; otherwise, our room was excellent - spacious and comfortable. - Michelle

Easy access to the hotel and it was convenient to travel to local attractions. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was good and the large eating area was pleasant and clean. All the staff was appropriately dressed, tidy, friendly, and helpful.

The room was clean and so are the common areas. One thing that I did not like was the noise from the a/c. The a/c would go on automatically and whenever it does, it would sound like a heavy machinery going off.

In my 50 reviews of different hotels on various sites, I’ve never not given a perfect review. This hotel IS NOT ADA compliment. It was a struggle for us here. It’s truly a great hotel, but please don’t come here if you have any special accommodations with service animals. We’ve never had any issue at any property until now.

We're sorry you had such a struggle during your recent stay with us. We are ADA compliant and we love service animals and we rarely have an issue with them, but unattended dogs barking and disturbing other guests are an issue that we have to deal with for the comfort of all our guests. Possibly in the future a room move might have solved your issues. Again, we apologize for the stress you incurred.

Overall this hotel is OK... Nothing special, but OK. What I really object to is paying $300 per night and yet all breakfast "crockery" and "cutlery", together with the beverage service in the bedrooms is disposable. I know this is an American thing, but BW could take a look at Staybridge Suites, which will be my preference when available..

We had a great stay in the spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Conveniently located to dining options, Indian wells, and Joshua tree. If you have kids, the living desert zoo is close by and fun too. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast had one of the best menu options I’ve seen including hearty and healthy choices! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

First and foremost, if you are using google maps to locate, put the hotel name in, not the address. If you use the address, it will take you to the opposite side of I-10. Staff said its very common. Hotel is just off the highway with easy off and on highway acess. It was very clean and there is ample parking. Check in and out was a breeze as it should be. The breakfast was decent, scrambled eggs, vegetable patties and assorted cereals, toast, oatmeal, juices and coffees. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Very nice and clean property. The room was spacious. The only downside was the freeway noise. However, being very close to freeway, it has easy access for people traveling through. Not much to do around the hotel, but the Palm Springs area is very close by.

Just stayed here for one night during our cross country road trip. This place was the perfect stop for us. I only gave 4 stars because there were quite a few hairs hanging around in the bathroom in different spots that seemed pretty obviously visible, but other than that it was super clean. The staff were great, there's a water bottle refilling station. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast, but there is also a Starbucks and McDonalds basically in the same parking lot. They weren't kidding when they named it Desert View, the views were incredible. Such a lovely walk to the Starbucks in the morning. They had free EV charging right in front that we took advantage of too. Very happy with our stay
