「Was a bit grungy in appearance (the cement floors have an odd design that makes them look dirty even though they are clean) & a little hard to find the entrance to the building, but overall serviceable and convenient as a place to crash for a night, and if you needed somewhere to stay long term in the area I can see it being very possible to make the space comfortable.」
