"Roberto, is the owner and he is extremely nice. The place is extremely clean and like pictures for the most part. They let me have a few minutes extra for checkout since I’m still trying to adjust to time change … he was extremely helpful in figuring out where to go in town. Except for the restaurants that he recommended for me. I gave amenities a 4 star because bathroom was across the hall and if the place was busy, There would be somebody in the same hall as me and my bathroom is wide open. Even though they have private bathroom and smaller room. It was still just uncomfortable if it was busy season and you’re used to your privacy, especially for the bathroom. I went in down season. I will never do that again in that region. I was extremely hungry the whole time. All the restaurant owners in that area denied service to me because I’m American I swear. The restaurant owners in the area are extremely rude. Besides that one café something with an M definitely go see that. Only place that would actually serve me as an American. I was extremely disappointed that I couldn’t have pasta. It was my first full day and I was looking forward to having a nice Italian meal. Unfortunately, I was met with rude restaurant owners that told me they closed at 1900 and it was 1700 hour. Make it make sense I know. The other restaurant that he recommended to me that was open said that there’s chef was not in. Again, I felt like it was because I was American and spoke English and they didn’t"

"The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful. We appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor with balcony. The service was excellent, the property grounds are large and peaceful. Our breakfast was bountiful and we were offered more than we could possibly eat. Our sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. "

"Loved the entire property. Nice rooms, pool, parking, and breakfast. There were 2 large groups staying there so they needed to figure out the dining a bit better. A group of 100 and another 35 were there so they set up for dinner for them and forgot about the other 10-12 guests but eventually ( once said we needed a place too) set up some tables outside for us."
